Spider HabitatWhere do spiders live?

Spiders inhabit almost every habitat on the earth apart from polar regions and oceans, although a few spider species live at the ocean's edge in the intertidal zone, amongst rock crevices and coral. REF 7

Spiders are often found in dark still places, such as under bark of trees and leaf litter and inside human made structures such as behind furniture and in basements. However, some spiders live in warmer, dry areas such as around floor vents or high up in corners of rooms.
